Pet peeve #128
Someone else driving my car and then leaving it in gear when parked (and not on a hill!)
Meaning the car lurches forwards when I start it up.... D'OH! EVERY TIME!
PS - Yes I know it is said to be good practice to leave a car in gear ready to start it with the clutch down next time (better for the starter motor), but I'm a girl. I do not care about the starter motor, and NOT leaving my car in gear is the habit I am in!
